AMCA meet in Fremont Nebraska

It was a pretty cold and windy weekend out in Fremont, NE, but the cool bikes and people made up for it. I was happy to meet up with the Olsen group, Leonard and Guy and some of the old dudes. There were some pretty neat bikes in the show, cool old parts in the swap meet and after a few years of apprenticing to become a field judge, I received my judges card. I got to judge a '47 Knuck, '39 Knuck and a '23 Excelsior Henderson.

New kid on the block

I met Ryan about a year ago and the whole time I've known him he's been talking about getting a bike. Most of the time I blow it off as just another person talking about it and never doing it. Well I'm stoked to say he has a bike now. He's cleaning it up and rebuilding a few things on his own so far. I wish you luck Ryan and safe travels!

Loop - Fade Out

Too good for words, too good for this world.

Black Mountain - "Wucan" (Official Video)

So who wants to get weird in the desert this year?

BLACK MOUNTAIN "SET US FREE"

I've been an avid music lover for as long as I can remember and I love the way a song can change you're whole out look and mood. I remember driving through Arizona in an old truck with no A/C or radio while the sun was setting a few years ago. I was listening to this song on my i pod and the whole universe seemed to come together and become crystal clear.

I got to shoot paint for the first time today. Thank God for good ventilation because the respirator was too big to fit my small head.. I think I'll go take a nap now. Hahaha!

68 Shovel

Our friend Stanley Miller is up visiting from the great state of Texas and he brought us a few projects to work on, including this '68. Ray and I kicked major ass and got a lot done today. Here's a few pictures. I apologize if they are not in order, I'm sending them from my phone.

Another Moped Monday

All I can say is God I love my friends and I can't get enough of hanging out with them. Meister became a full on member, Twisted Tea all night, singin' Dolly Parton at 5am and Brodeo built a bar. See you fucks next Monday!

Ice Races

On Sunday I drove up the mountain a ways to watch my friend Nik race his old Sporty on the ice. It was my first time seeing anything like this. I didn't take my eyes off the races for two and a half hours! It was the last race of the season and we had a great time. I can't wait 'til next season!

Uncle Bob

My Uncle Bob is a bad mama jamma. He's seen a lot, done a lot and builds bulletproof fuckin' shit and I'm glad I've got him on my side. Last week we spent every day working on my bike and sharing stories. Here's a few pictures of him on his Panhead he bought in the 70's and still owns and rides today. Thanks Uncle Bob, you mean the world to me.

I saw these pictures on Facebook the other day and couldn't resist posting them. I might resemble a bit of both, hahaha!!

Mock up

I think this is how she's going to look.

One of these things..

Is not like the other. Stock shit fits, that's it.

Stash

I was up north at my folk's place all last week working on my bike with Uncle Bob. In between the trips to the hardware store and other crap I got to look at a little bit of Uncle Bob's stash.
